ABOUT ARTMONDAY
The idea of ARTmonday emerged from conversations between a gallery owner who was looking for ways to improve his administrative backbone and a company who manages a large community using limited resources. Additional research within the art sector uncovered an urgent need for a single tool that could support international art galleries in managing their day-to-day operations. Since 2008, ARTmonday has been developed by a dedicated team with complementary skills and different backgrounds (i.e. art, IT, and corporate world). MISSION STATEMENT The mission is to become the standard platform in art-related social networking around the world. |

ARTmonday is an online software supporting art professionals (galleries, collectors, …) in efficiently and effectively managing their day-to-day operations.
It consists of 3 core pillars:
Every element can be crosslinked to another element, regardless of the main pillars. This allows you to have a complete overview of an element with all its relations to other elements. Example: if you look at the artists’ details, you will receive a complete overview of the gallery that represents them, the works they have created, the projects they have entered, etc .

ARTmonday keeps track of everyone who showed interest in any of your artists or artworks in the past. So you can easily send a new work to the people who are interested. You can also generate an overview of all press articles you have stored about an artist and immediately attach it to a mail. There is even a possibility to generate smart folders that automatically adds new contacts with your search criteria to this folder for an up-to-date overview. |

PREDEFINED AND CUSTOMIZABLE FORMS Loosing time making forms and documents such as invoices and price lists? ARTmonday offers predefined templates for forms or documents you regularly use (price lists, certificates, pro forma invoices, labels, …). Our templates allow you to generate documents automatically. Smart contact capture The iPad module allows sending information on the spot about the artist or artwork in which the potential customer is interested. What are the minimal technical requirements to work with ARTmonday?
The only thing you will need for ARTmonday is a computer, an internet connection and a recent browser. You can access ARTmonday both from Mac or PC.
How do I import the data from my computer to ARTmonday?
Importing data from your computer to ARTmonday is very easy with the import functionalities. Contact us and we will tell you which way is the best for you.
Is my data secure?
Your data is highly secured and hosted on ARTmonday’s servers. Your data can only be accessed through your personal login details, much like Hotmail or internet banking. We work with https encrypted traffic to mask your valuable data for any type of hacking.
What if your server crashes or is damaged? Is my data lost?
Your data is hosted on ARTmonday’s servers in different server parks. If one server crashes, your data will still be retrievable on the other server. Though it is very unlikely that a professional server park would be damaged, ARTmonday’s servers are located in different parks to give you maximum security.
How do I install ARTmonday?
There are no installations needed. When you have registered for an account, you will receive personal login details.
Is there a way to update ARTmonday?
You will always have the latest version of ARTmonday for free. Updates are automatically installed. You will be notified of significant updates when you log in to ARTmonday.
